Return Policy
In the case of exchange of products, the following points must be observed:
1. Exchange cases
The customer can exchange the products in the following cases:
1.1 - Need to change size, model or color;
1.2 - Defect in the product;
1.3 - Product sent different from the order.
2. Exchange procedure
After requesting the exchange, the customer must send the product to be exchanged to our physical address, to be informed, in Brazil.
3. Repayment period
After returning the products and checking their integrity by our team, the production of the product with the requested characteristics will be scheduled (if there is no prompt delivery) and sent back to the customer.
4. Additional values
In case 1.1, the values referring to the freight fees will be borne by the customer and the product will be sent only after payment has been made.
In cases 1.2 and 1.3, the freight costs will be paid by Hermes Fisiculturismo.
5. Deadline for exchange request
Thirty (30) from the date of purchase.
DEADLINE
Delivery will take place according to the shipping option selected at the time of purchase, and will depend on confirmation of payment by the entity responsible for the means of payment.
SITUATIONS THAT MAY CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME
- Inconsistency in the data reported in the registration.
- Absence of person responsible for receiving the product at the delivery location.
- Refusal to receive the products by third parties.
- Natural factors such as rain, accidents, among others.
- Indication by our transporters of anomalies with the quality of the packaging or the product.
MANUFACTURING TIME
Due to the wide variety of colors and models, shorts for immediate delivery are not available on the website, our posing trunks are made to order, according to the specific feature that the athlete wants for his competition.
This means that all swim trunks on the site have a manufacturing deadline of 5 to 7 working days, beyond delivery time.
FIRST SIZE EXCHANGE
We offer the first exchange at our expense.
*Rules:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs;
- The exchange is only for the first order made;
- The new product must be the same model, fabric and color, and can only be changed in size.
- No need to return the product.
